Hiya, I'm Lara Austin, a dual qualified coach specialising in neurodiversity.
I was diagnosed with combined ADHD at 35 — a moment that I thought would bring clarity to years of not understanding myself. Instead, it became the beginning of a new journey.
Like many late-diagnosed adults, I had spent much of my life pushing through, compensating, and wondering why things that seemed "simple" for others felt so hard. I often described it like being a swan — on the surface everything looked calm and in control, but underneath there was a constant effort just to stay afloat.

Alongside my lived experience, I bring over eight years of professional experience as a project manager, which shapes how I support my clients. My career has been breaking down tasks into plannable steps and working with people to coach them to think of the bigger picture.
